Small Claims Advisor Program 

The Small Claims Advisor helps both plaintiffs and defendants understand how to prepare and file their court forms, follow court procedures, consider different ways to settle a case, and get ready for court. In Contra Costa County, the Small Claims Advisor holds legal information workshops in different parts of the county:

  • Pittsburg Court: 1st Monday
    9:00-11:30 am
    45 Civic Ave., Pittsburg - Workshop Schedule
  • Walnut Creek: 1st Wednesday
    9:00-11:30 am
    2020 North Broadway, Room 202 Walnut Creek - Workshop Schedule
  • Concord Court: 3rd Monday
    5:30-8:00 pm
    2970 Willow Pass Road, Concord - Workshop Schedule|
  • Richmond public library:  2nd Wednesday
    5:30-8:00 pm
    325 Civic Center Plaza, Whittlesey Rm, Richmond - Workshop Schedule
